File DIR-3 KYC without any filing fee till 30th September: notifies MCA
The Director KYC is presently a yearly filing which is to be done by each and every person who is having a DIN (Director Identification Number).
Among the numerous compliance relief given to companies or organizations in the perspective on the COVID-19 outbreak, the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) issued a legal notification expressing that those DIN which are marked as inactive on MCA status, can file the DIR-3KYC/DIR-3KYC-Web to active their status as the case may be filed between 1st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020 with no filing fee of Rs. 5000 or Rs. 10000 respectively.
