The name of the one person company should close by word '(OPC) Private Limited'. It is advised to submit with two names in the order of preference. Company name rules and guidelines will be used at the time of application.
During the registration process, all the documents are submitted online through MCA Portal. The incorporation forms are required certification of the director using digital signature certificate. Nominee is not required to procure DSC.

OPC mean a company in which only one person act as a member. OPC is a new thought presented in the companies act, 2013. In earlier act, there is no formation of One Person Company.
Natural person who is resident in india and an indian citizen is allow to incorporate an OPC. One person is eligible to form one OPC only.
A person who has continued in India for a time period of atleast 182 days during the immediately preceding one calendar year would be consider as resident of India for the purpose of the provisions governing OPC.
No special mention has been made for the number of directors. More than one director can also be appointed by OPC. OPC can have a maximum of 15 directors. More than 15 are also possible after passing a special resolution.
OPC voluntarily convert itself into any other kind of company only if it has been in existence for more than 2 years.
